17,200 Square Feet of Productive Work Space
The Lake Martin Innovation Center is located Alexander City on US Hwy 280. In addition to the housing the Alexander City Chamber of Commerce, a majority of the facility serves as a business incubator to promote and nurture start-ups, entrepreneurs and also help existing businesses excel. Here are the three focus areas:
Startups and Entrepreneurs – Utilizing existing partnerships with the local high school, community college and business community, the Lake Martin Innovation Center will play host to entrepreneurs and start-ups. We will foster an environment of economic growth through the technology, resources and relationships cultivated in this facility.
Excelling Existing Businesses – One of our main goals is to help foster existing business growth. Through the technological and business resources in this facility, we're able to host professional development workshops and seminars on a regular basis to train our local leaders on how to strengthen their economic position. Through relationships with Chamber members, executives who obtain a facility membership and our students and start-ups, our goal is to partner these groups together to cultivate growth in each of their business settings.
Membership - Co-working memberships are ideal for the part-time or full-time executives and professionals on Lake Martin, local residents who work from home or travel frequently, or individuals and companies who do business in the Alexander City/Lake Martin area and need a productive work space.
